Mediation

Mediation is an alternative approach to resolving disputes between one or more parties and is an interactive form of conflict resolution. The mediation process, which is structured and confidential, allows the parties to have a say in the final outcome of their case rather than a Judge making a decision. It is a more peaceful accepted solution than going to Court.
